At BeneYOU, we want you to love and enjoy all of your products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), please consider the following:
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (the “ACL”). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any warranty against defects contained herein is in addition to any other rights and remedies to which you are entitled under the ACL. NOTE: All returned merchandise and return forms must be sent to the address below, under “RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY MAIL”.
Nothing in this Returns Policy limits any rights and remedies which are available to you under the ACL.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will accept returns of items purchased from any BeneYOU website or any BeneYOU Associate. We will not accept returns of items purchased from third party shopping portals such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc. You must provide proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.
Cooling Off Period
Under Australian Consumer law, customers may cancel any transactions, without any penalty or obligation, within TEN BUSINESS DAYS after the date of the transaction. Consultants are required by Australian Consumer law to notify Customers about this “Cooling-Off Period” at the time of the transaction.
Returns of Electric Products
The BeneYOU Mini-Heater, TruShine LED Curing Lamp and ColourCure UV/LED Curing Lamp have a 90-day limited warranty on materials and workmanship. Subject to the requirements of the ACL, product failure after this limited warranty period will not be covered by BeneYOU.
In order to claim this warranty, you must complete a Return Form (which may be downloaded below), setting out a description of the defect and submitting the Return Form along with your return, to the address in the “Returns and Exchanges by Mail” section below.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY MAIL
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for at least the value of the items being returned. BeneYOU is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of your returns, unless product is defective.
To return or exchange an order by mail:
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Ship your package (including your completed Return Form) with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
